TERMS OF SERVICE.

Acceptance of terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website avellic.ai and all products and services provided by Avellic Systems ("Avellic," "we," "us," or "our"), a business operating in Boise, Idaho. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
What we provide.
Avellic Systems provides the following products and services:
- Sarissa — A marketing platform providing content generation, programmatic SEO, lead capture, email sequences, multi-platform publishing, and (at the Agency tier) Google Business Profile management
- Dispatch — An operations platform for trades and service businesses, providing job routing, crew tracking, invoicing, panic-button SMS, and field coordination
- Website + Integration — Custom website design and build with Sarissa pre-embedded and Dispatch wired in where applicable
- Custom Builds — Bespoke system architecture, workflow automation, and integrations for needs outside the productized stack
- Insight — A one-shot content preview tool that generates a sample of what Sarissa would produce for your business
- Automation Audits & Discovery Consultations — AI-powered diagnostic tools to identify friction in your operation and recommend the right Avellic products
Text messaging consent and conditions.
By providing your phone number and engaging our services, you consent to receive SMS and text messages from Avellic Systems related to the services you have requested. These messages may include:
- Dispatch notifications and job alerts
- Service confirmations and appointment reminders
- Operational updates and system notifications
- Follow-up communications regarding your audit or consultation
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity and the specific products you use. For dispatch systems, messages are sent in real time as service requests are received.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Opting out of SMS may affect the functionality of dispatch and notification services.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Avellic Systems is not responsible for carrier charges.
No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for promotional purposes.
Billing terms.
Paid services — including Sarissa subscriptions, Insight purchases, Dispatch installations, Website + Integration engagements, and Custom Builds — are billed as described at the time of purchase or in your signed proposal.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions
- Custom system builds are billed according to the scope and terms agreed upon in your project proposal
What we expect from you.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use our services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct any activity that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software or systems
- Use our AI tools to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others
- Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization
Ownership of work.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the business information, brand assets, and content you provide to us. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested.
Our Systems: All custom systems, code, and infrastructure built by Avellic remain the intellectual property of Avellic Systems unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. You receive a perpetual license to use systems built for your operation.
Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools (social posts, articles, images) for your account is yours to use for your business purposes.
Limits on our responsibility.
Avellic Systems provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content or analysis. We are not liable for:
- Business decisions made based on AI-generated audit results or content
- Service interruptions due to third-party provider outages (Stripe, AI services, hosting)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Ending the relationship.
Either party may terminate the use of services at any time. Upon termination, your access to subscription-based services will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export requests, after which it will be deleted.
Jurisdiction and disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
Updates and revisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
